Réservation

Bookings are confirmed after full payment (100%) of the total stay amount. No booking is considered final without full payment.

Paiement

Le solde est à régler sur place. Paiement en espèce, chèque ou virement bancaire. Pas de règlement par carte bancaire.

Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation made more than 31 days before the arrival date:

80% of the amount paid will be refunded directly via Stripe.

20% will be retained by the host to cover processing and refund fees.

Cancellation made 30 days or less before the arrival date:

No refund will be issued; the amount paid will remain with the host.

Responsabilité

Le refuge décline toute responsabilité en cas de vol ou de dommage aux effets personnels.
